After being invited to share his testimony with a few alternative schools in the area, Shawn saw the direct need for positive influences in the lives of many of these students. His mentorship program is impacting the lives of students by rewarding positive behavior in a unique way. |

Helping With Flags (Flag Program Software)

Helpingwithflags.com (Flag Program Management Software) William and his company, Baxter I.T. built Helpingwithflags.com in 2017 to help Friends of Fairview and other Non-Profits manage their Flag Programs. The primary objective was to reduce the Flag Administrators workload by automating redundant operations and improve overall program organization. Friends of Fairview Firefighters Association William is President of a local non-profit organization called Friends of Fairview. Their charter is to help local police and fire dept personnel. Friends of Fairview runs a Flag program with 800 subscribers.
William is an active member of the Fairview Rotary Club and helps with the Flag Program. William is president elect for 2023.
